Job Description:

Operation

- To operate the plant and produce output
- To maintain stocks of input materials
- To plan and coordinate output dispatches with the site engineers

Maintenance
- Preventive Maintenance
- Breakdowns / troubleshoot and solving problems
- To maintain stocks of spares parts and maintenance consumables
- To coordinate with plant supplier for major repairs and technical problems

Planning and MIS
- Prepare monthly/daily plan for the plant based on the output required as per plan made by the Highway/Structures Engineer In-charges
- Prepare budget of projected expenditure based on the work plan
- Maintain operation, maintenance and performance reports on daily basis

Manpower Management
The plant engineers, planning/MIS executives and all the plant operators will report to the Manager
Desired Candidate Profile:

10-15 years experience is required.

BE-Mech / DME.

He must having national highways experience
