Job Responsibilities:
- 100% adherence to statutory & regulatory requirements.
- Develop design solutions with adherence to client requirements & cost.
- 100% adherence to the drawing schedule.
- Taking client instructions and preparations of design & Presentation.
- Site evaluation, analyze & impact of existing &/or proposed development on its immediate environs.
- Design and site development.
- Sanitary, plumbing, drainage, water supply, & sewerage design Coordination with Consultant.
- Electrical, electronic, communication systems & design Coordination with Consultant.
- Elevators, escalators etc,
- Periodic inspection & evaluation of construction.

Candidate with experience as an Architect Interior designer with the complete knowledge of Auto CAD, 3D,MS Office, Sketchup, Photo Shop, Design Development, Preparation of Working Drawings,Layout Plans, Client Interaction, Direct contact with Consultant, Presentation.
