A client coordinator is responsible for handling all work that comes into the subtitling unit for a particular client, processing it, making decisions that help us deliver quality product within the given deadlines. Client Coordination is fast-paced, deadline-based work. It requires the ability to focus and multi-task. It is also a very information-centric job that requires a keen, detail-oriented mind.

Job description:
1. Ensuring that projects are processed, researched and completed in a timely manner
2. Liaising with relevant departments to ensure smooth work flow
3. Troubleshooting for production issues
4. Willingness to work in morning or evening shifts and/or Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday

Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualifications and experience:
1. Must be a graduate - degree in communication/film will be a plus
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office
3. One to two years of work experience in coordination or work that requires meeting tight deadlines. Experience in project coordination, journalism will be a big plus
