Position Summary including Major Challenges:
Ensure complete understanding of brand EY and timely delivery of designs for both Bangalore and Gurgaon.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Capture the pulse of the organization and communicate to the employees in a manner that motivates, inspires and make them feel proud about the organization
•Writing for the intranet – people stories/ Leadership views/interviews
•Edit and update the intranet
•Copy suggestions/ideation/development on various projects
•Writing Leadership messages/ program launch messages/ organizational announcements
•Out-of-the-box solutions for communications
•Ability to handle copy associated with designs – posters/ e-mailers
•Positioning the firm well at various surveys
