Job Description:
• Responsible for taking dictation, transcription, maintaining files, documentation, follow-up, etc.
• Handling correspondences and keeping the track all the correspondences related to Project.
• Calendar updates, arrange meetings & appointments, managing the daily schedule including the schedule of visitors, Travel Management, participate in meetings, reverting the mails and preparing the reports.
• Coordinating between all the Departments - Electrical, Design, Project, and Purchase as and when required.
• Needs to prepare the Indents and should keep a track of it and coordinate with Purchase Team for timely Deliveries.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate from any stream, preferably B.Sc. from Engineering Industry.
- Excellent written and communication Skills
- Must have good analytical and presentation skill.
- Good Knowledge of Computers (Ms Office).
- Should be smart energetic, willing to move outside office whenever required.
