- Appraisal of Risks, Design of Business Processes & Internal Controls with SOPs and ERM framework.
- Be in a client facing role with independent charge of the assignment.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- CAs with atleast 2 - 3 yrs of PQE in Oil & Gas Sector in E & P.
- Knowledge of compliance - PSC & preparation of MIS.
- JV managing contracts and its Direct and Indirect Tax compliance.
- Fin. & Budgtng with exp. of Well costing & Cash Calls
