Job Description:
- Preparation of enquiry requisitions for piping bulk and for piping Preparation of enquiry requisitions for valves & specialty items.
- Technical Bid Evaluations for piping bulk items and for piping specialty items.
- Technical Bid Evaluations for valves.
- Material management.
- Preparation of Material Requisitions for procurement action.
- Preparation of purchase requisitions for piping bulk items and for piping specialty items.
- Preparation of purchase requisitions for valves & Vendor drawing review for valves.
- Vendor drawing review for piping specialty items.
- Manual check between client’s piping class and PDMS spec.
- Co-ordination with piping layout team in MTO generation and with procurement team, world wide in material purchase. Co-ordination with piping support team in support load check.
- Co-ordination with safety team in preparation of RFQ, TBE and PR for safety related items such as pipe penetration filler, fire protection for GRE pipes.
- Co-ordination with MCS (Material Control System) Dubai in MTO management between different revisions.
