Job Description:
Key Result Area:
Administratively & functionally responsible for sales operations through Institutional & channels sales viz. Dealer, Sub-dealer, Architects, Interior Decorators, Contractors.
Setting & Achievement of Targets:
• Monthly planning of primary targets & its achievement through secondary sales.
• Appointment of dealers & tapping sub dealers, architects, Interior decorators & contractors.
• Weekly sales plan.
Forecasting:
• Tapping of new upcoming projects through extensive market survey.
Market development activities:
• Identify events/segments, which require additional focus.
• Technical assistance to Architect & Contractors to improve their standard of work to create new benchmark.
• Handling service related issues: timely availability of material, pasting issues, damage control.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be able to demonstrate sales record (4+ years) at a high level of achievement
• Master's Degree (or equivalent work experience) in marketing and sales or related field of study
• Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
• Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills
