Job Description:
- Planning and monitoring construction program to sufficient level of details so that all activities can be easily monitored during project implementation;
- Prepare and update organizational chart.
- Prepare project master construction schedule clearly identifying the critical activities in a presentable and understandable format;
- Prepare construction program to sufficient level of details so that all key construction activities can be easily monitored during project implementation;
- Review and monitor the construction schedule and schedule of key dates prepared by the quantity surveyor to ensure that they are in strict compliance with the construction program and are properly executed;
- Co-ordinate as well as monitor with vendors, suppliers, various labour contractors and subcontractors on necessary resources, material, machinery, equipment, to ensure that the works are carried out in strict accordance with the planned schedule;
- Monitor progress of work, update construction program and prepare recovery program if necessary;
- Document all project related communications and/or instructions between the Company and all external parties in the form of official letters, fax transmittal or memorandum, whichever is appropriate;

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should have 8 to 15 yrs of expereicne in Planning and execution Should have atleast 5 yrs relevant exp in building projects / hospital building projects .
Review all good-for-construction drawings received from Consultant to ensure that they are accurate, clear and free from discrepancies before endorsing for construction.
Evaluate and review all variation orders to ensure they are within limit, correct and properly administered;
Monitoring cash flow projection and S-curve in sufficient details so that the Client’s project cash flow can be effectively executed;
Prepare, Evaluate and review cash flow statement for the project to ensure that it is operating in positive cash flow position;
Co-ordinate and liaise directly with Client, Consultants, Architects and Contractors to ensure smooth and seamless operations;
