- Should have knowledge of Power Plant Design & engineering
- Preparation of Tender Specification for the Projects – Turbine, Boiler ESP, WTP. Cooling Tower etc.
- Review/Evaluation of the Technical offers submitted by the vendors
- Techno commercial evaluation
- Preparation of Technical Recommendations & Contract Specification
- Review/Approval of GA, Layout ,P&I etc Drawing.
- He should have experience in Power Plant, Cogen Plant.
- Should be conversant with Piping and Pumping designing systems.
