Job Description:
Preparing budget for outlay required for maintenance / civil construction / landscaping and spend within the budget
Prepare and submit peridoic MIS on various aspects/areas of facilities management
Co-ordinate with Central Purchase on requisitioning, warehousing of adequeate inventories of supplies, materials, equipment required for facilities management
Provide support and co-ordination for proper maintenance and repair of all utilities & facilities
Should be able to handle all new project related work across units/locations in SFL
Responsible for proper management of all utilities and ensure control in the areas of power, water, drainage & sewrage, roads, lighting etc. in the plants & corp office
Responsible for standardizing layouts, landscaping across SFL units / plants
Conduct periodic audits of various processes in maintenance / facilities to ensure adherence to TPM, safety, health & environment related compliances & statutes
Ensure the upkeep of landscape, buildings/roofed structues/plant & machinery by proper maintenance, renovation to sustain longevity of structures / installations / buildings/machinery across SFL
Be exposed to and pursue aspects in TPM / ISO TS systems / procedures related to facilities management
