- 2008 :Polymer Polymer Alloy Based on Conducting Poly Aniline and . PVB Resin Central Electro Chemical Research Institute (CECRI), Karaikudi.
Conducting Polymer based on Aniline with phosphate as dopant has been synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization method at different conditions. The synthesized pigments were characterized by its conductivity and the premier pigment have been used to synthesized (Polymer-Polymer Alloy) paint using PVB as a backbone polymer as both single and two pack systems. The paint was evaluated for its corrosion resisting property by conventional and Electro chemical methods by applying it over GI surface and a design for synthesizing Nano- Poly Aniline at ambient condition was also done.

Central Electro Chemical Research Institute (CECRI), Karaikudi
The study has been carried out based on polymer blends(multi coat and single coat) which are used to protect mild steel structures from corrosive environment. The Polyaniline based pigmented coating is found to offer more corrosion resistance to steel substrates when they are subjected to corrosive environment. This study concludes the various methods to study the characteristics of Polyaniline coating. The increase in corrosion resistance with time of exposure is due to passive film formation, which offers high protective nature of coating .
- 2006 – Design of Debutanizer in Polybutene Manufacturing Plant

Design of debutanizer column has been carried out in detail for poly butene manufacturing plant with its balanced material equation. The design is to enhance the removal of C4 from LPG gas more effectively by changing the feed condition.
