Job Description:
SR. MANAGER\DGM – PROJECTS ( Zonal Head)
1. Erection of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings.
2. Leading a team of project Engineers for Efficient Planning, scheduling of projects for timely completion in the Zone,
3. Ensure quality or work and safety of sites in the Zone
4. Co-ordination with the customers.
5. Material & Manpower management.
6. Billing, collection of payments,
7. Statutory compliance at site, maintenance or records at sites etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. 6-15 years of experience in planning, scheduling, tracking & monitoring of projects involving Steel and civil structures for industrial and commercial buildings. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in erection of Pre- Engineered Buildings.
2. Should have exposure of MS Projects and Primavera and/or any Oracle based softwares of developing internal control mechanism for project tracking. Exposure to ERP would be an advantage.
3.Ability to read and implement structural drawing, BBS etc.
4.Knowledge of 5 S, TQM and 6 Sigma tools is desirable.
5.Pleasing personality with excellent inter-personal, effective communication and co-ordination skills are desirable
