Job Description:
- "Design of the Products as per APQP Time Line Chart.
- Reverse Engineering of Products using CATIA V5/ UG/ ProE like CAD tools
- Making of Prototype samples according to customer requirement.
- Directly interacting with our Aluminum Foundry & Tool room for data modification.
- Drawing generation (with complete detailing items) of individual as well as assembled component/Tool with proper design/tool tolerances.
- To make any kind of critical and complicated shapes by using advance surface modules.
- IGES data solution (surface stitching for any imported data).
- All other activities related to D&D and any type of engineering changes, Design modification, value addition to current design etc., Geometrical tolerance Calculation & Analysis for Products/tools.
- Plan Drawing Generation for all products, Concept Design& prototype developing of products.
- Interacting with customer, tool maker & with Vendors for Tool Development & Other task.
- Preparing all the document related to system like, PPAP etc.
- Can take the responsibility of development of new models, Concept designing, Design related all the documentation, DFMEA,FMEA & Plan drawing, Product Development, Product Validation etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- DME/ BE-Mechanical-Diploma in Tool Designing.
- Preferred knowledge of Aluminum Die Casting in GDC & LPDC
- Soft Skills: Pro E, Wildfire-1,2,3, with core & cavity extraction, Auto CAD,CATIA V5, Unigraphics, NX-3/4 with mould wizard/ analysis.
