    To ensure customers visiting the showroom have a pleasant, enjoyable, positive and wholesome experience about the company, its services and product offerings.
    Projecting the right brand image to the customer
    Maintaining the displays and decorum of the store
    Handling designing requirement of Kitchens and translate the same into an aesthetically and functionally smart design
    Responsible for managing client relationships from meeting with prospective clients, offering design advice, Kitchen planning and overseeing the entire project.
    Prepare detail kitchen design based on client requrement
    Handling cash and maintaining MIS reports and providing the same as requested by the company management.
    Maintain Standard Operating procedured of the showroom, like store timings, personal grooming, attendance etc.
    Keeping customers informed about new offers and arrivals
    Sharing customer feedback with the management
    Taking initiative for creating the right ambience for the customers
    To build a strong and long term customer relationship, including old / reference customers
    To establish & maintain a high level of customer service both before and after conversion.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    Have 5-7 years of experience working in the interior / furniture industry. Candidates with knowledge of Kitchen design and with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience of selling modular kitchens would be given preference.
    Should have combined skill set of designing and selling modular kitchens
    Should be able to translate user requirements into designs
    Candidate should have ideally handled exclusive modular kitchen boutiques with respect to end to end sales and project management
    Should be proficient in computer usage
    Should possess basic knowledge on material, hardware & finishes pertaining to modular kitchens
