Job Description:
• Responsible for engineering activities of OTS to provide value-added engineering solutions.
• Ensure successful completion of design; achieve desired quality to meet all design review and internal audit requirements.
• Manage project schedules to meet delivery timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Chemical Engg / Plant Design / Process Engg with good knowledge in Fluid Mechanics, H&M Transfer, Thermodynamics & Numerical Methods.
- 1 – 5 years experience in OTS for process industries such as Oil Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers & Chemicals, Paper & Pulp, Power, Iron & Steel, Smelters, Cement, etc. Experience in Hydrocarbon processing industry is preferred.
- Minimum 1 yr experience in modeling and implementing high fidelity training simulator in industrial process units (oil & gas, petrochemical, power, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience in various control systems and applications such as DCS, ESD, APC, OMS, etc. will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in programming will be an added advantage.

The scope of simulation includes design, model development, Configuration, testing, tuning, Interlogics, Graphics development, Developing Start up and shut down procedure for the plant and documentation work, for every model of this Polypropylene unit.
