Job Description
Should mentor the development team and provide guidelines for development/testing/designing etc.
Planning and coordinating own and/or teamâs work activities to meet commitments and quality expectation.
Pushing self and others to add value by meeting expectations and completing deliverables regardless of obstacles.
Identifying and organizing key issues in complex or ambiguous problems.
Builds and applies skills and capabilities.
Encouraging collaboration and addressing issues that impacts performance of the team members.
Taking appropriate actions when things go wrong.

Desired Profile
Needs min. 4 years of strong experience in Sun SeeBeyond JCAPs or ICAN.
Should be strong at JCAPs installation, development of JCDs, OTDs, configuring JCAPs eWays, Monitoring JCAPs Projects, Deploying EAR files, debugging using log files etc.,
Should have atleast 6 years of hands on experience on JAVA, JSPs, Servlets, XML and various application servers like Apache Tomcat, Sun Glassfish or BEA Web Logic or IBM Web Sphere
Should have worked on atleast 3-4 Integration project using middleware products like SeeBeyond JCAPs or ICAN, TIBCO, BEA /WebLogic, IBM MQ Series
Strong system life cycle skills, e.g. planning, scheduling, system analysis design, development, testing, and documentation.
Good written and oral communications skills. Work well within a team structure or on his/her. Represent the company at industry functions and trade shows. Complete tasks on schedule.
In-depth knowledge and experience with web application development, using RDBMS such as Oracle as the backend Database.
Must include strong PL/SQL, DB triggers, procedures, functions performance tuning of queries, and strong understanding of Oracle 8i/9i/10g. Unix (Linux, Solaris, or AIX) experience as development and production environment platform.
