    Job Description:

    - Prepare indents for F&B section as per the consumption pattern, and keep proper track of breakages, and maintain consumption reports and costs of department
    -Adhere to proper Food hygiene and storage practices

    Provide guests with efficient and courteous service in the area assigned to him.
    Take guest feedback to improve upon the service provided and to rectify problems.
    Ensure that all systems and procedures for the restaurants are followed as laid down in the SOP manual.
    To ensure that all guests in his area are provided with good quality warm food with quick, friendly and efficient service.
    To correct any deviations which may occur in the Systems and Procedures
    To ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.


    Desired Candidate Profile:

    The desired candidate should posess good communication skills and Three year diploma in Hotel Management or One and a half year diploma in Food and Beverage Service or Apprenticeship from a reputed 5 star hotel.

    The person would be responsible for smooth operations of the area assigned to him. He/she would also be responsible for maximizing guest satisfaction, internal customer morale and revenue keeping costs to a minimum
