Job Description:
1 Provide design support for drafting & modelling of GDC Dies including Alloy wheels for cost reduction & performance improvement
2 Preapare DFMEA & support APQP process for product design
3 Do hand calculations & simple finite element analysis based on the need
4 Understand engineering specifications & preapare design validation plan
5 Prepare samples as per customer quality standards & conduct the test including fatigue testing
6 Coordinate the test with the test labs outside Endurance

Desired Candidate Profile:
1 B.E having 3-4 yrs of exps,exposure to UG,background of Aluminium/Ferrus foundry is prefered
2 Exps to design 7 developed casting product in automotive industry
3 Testing exps including fatigue & material testing
4 Abulity to guide the design based on the simulation & test results
