ENERGY AUDIT IN BOILER AT TAMILNADU NEWSPRINT AND PAPERS LIMITED

The aim of this project is to modify the flow of flue gas in the power plant. we modify the ash handling system also. The raw coal from the conveyor is pulverized up to 10mm size, after reaching the furnace the coal is burnt and 100% of heat is produced. Then nearly 20% of heat is wasted from the ash remove from the furnace. So that we modify the power plant layout in the flow of flue gas and ash handling process in the power plant. By modifying the power plant layout, we utilized full amount of heat from the furnace, such that we can use 100% of heat from the furnace to the boiler.
MANUFACTURING OF DRILL JIG
The aim of this project is to produce the drill holes.
Drill jig is a work holding device, which is used for producing the drill holes in a job.
During mass production the drill jig plays a vital role and its mainly used to avoid the time consumption.
