Key Responsibilities & Duties:-
To reduce the litigation of the company
Conducting cases on the behalf of the company before quasi judicial cases
Monitoring the court cases pending before different courts, liasioning with advocates, public prosecutors and other government authorities
Drafting of deeds, applications, objections, written statements, etc
