Job Description:

Develop and devise implementation plans for health, safety & environmental training -

1. Identify and develop control plans for hazards which exist at the site
2. Interact with regulatory agencies as required to maintain compliance with all applicable standards
3. Manage environmental remediation projects as required to maintain compliance with all applicable standards
4. Interface with Corporate Legal, Environmental, Safety, Medical, Disability, Work Comp, Risk Management
5. Implement and manage site EMS & coordinate ISO 14001 initiatives
6. Develop and implement continuous improvement plans
7. Provide leadership in site health, safety, environmental & security matters
8. Establish pollution prevention initiatives and programs
9. Establish site wellness initiatives and programs.

Education : Graduate in Science with Post graduate diploma in Safety
Man management & leadership skills
Problem solving skills
Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14000 & OSHAS 18001
Effective communication skill
Should be self motivated, go-getter & take initiative
