# To fix up appointments, planning and scheduling of meetings # Receiving Mails & Corresponding reply to the same, Drafting Letters Filing
# Maintaining all inward & outward documents
# Typing of all fleet communications, letters, fax, reports, forms, etc. Preparation of Travel & Making Travel & Hotel Arrangements # Data Management (Including Emails)
# To Co-ordinate from the EDs desk with Directors, Sr. Managers

Preferably Male Candidate with : GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, MULTITASKING,GOOD SPOKEN ENGKISH, INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, Well versed with Shorthand , Typing & MS-Office Excellent written and official skills. Smartly turned out with good telephone manners and conduct.
