    Job Description:
    Performs standard, advanced and confidential secretarial duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices.
    Operates a personal computer and applicable software packages.
    Prepares correspondence, presentations, reports, etc.
    Composes routine correspondence and memoranda.
    Screens telephone calls and visitors, and resolves routine and some complex inquiries. Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.
    Ability to interact with various departments like Facilities/IT/HR,etc & maintain good rapport
    Tracks operational data in a database, including financial and other reporting metrics.
    Uses report writer tools to compile data into presentation format.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Excellent communication skills
    Should be a graduate
    An overall of minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a blue chip company/MNC
    AT LEAST ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE IN A SECRETARIAL PROFILE IS REQUIRED
    Diploma in Secretarial Course would be desired
    Demonstrates ability to learn quickly when facing problems and translates knowledge to new situations.
    Ability to recognize when to seek direction.
    Action oriented.
    Ability to effectively cope with change, maintain confidential information, work independently as well as within a team, follow tasks and projects through to completion, deal comfortably with senior management.
    Strong sense of ethics and values.
    Strong customer services skills and communication skills.
