    we are interested in to prevent stray dogs & others by finding place for each of them. please suggest us is there any legal requirement for this.

    Hi, my name is winston im from bombay , to cut it short me and my family love the stray dogs in my building and feed them and take care of them but out of personal issues some cowards from my building troulbe them throw stones , hot water etc etc and they do not stop even after personally asking them to stop doing it , now what is happend that they reached to a point where they strangled one of the innocent dog to death which was very cruel and inhuman and i even have a witness who saw them doing this and this is not the first time they did this they have killed one of my dog's before also.....but i had no witness who saw them doing it and so i couldn't do much.........
    I need help as in how to go about i want to put a complain cos these people need to learn a lesson or they will do it again ........
