** Worked as the Assistant program Director (for two years from 2009 to 2011) under Human Resource Management Department in a NGO named DACA (Doctor Ambedkar Cultural Academy) in Madurai. And I was involved in project writing and project monitoring. Successfully monitored the Project named “Children parliament” in six southern districts of Tamilnadu. This NGO works for the upliftment of the oppressed sections of the society namely the DALIT PEOPLE. I have also successfully monitored this project namely ESC.
** Conducted Summer English Camps for the boys and girls who are from the marginalized sections of the society in various places in Tamilnadu for more than seven years.
