Job Description:

1. Interaction with customers/ publishers (India & Overseas) through E-mails/ Telephone.
2. Handling all customers’ claims related queries and solve them in order to achieve total customers satisfaction.
3. Handling team of 5 Executives.
4. To prepare, manage & review all the clients monthly supply status.
5. Maintaining important documents and files.
6. To ensure 100% customer satisfaction by providing timely services to the customer as most of the customers are having annual subscription business with in the range of Rs. 2.00 Lacs to Rs. 1.25 Crores every year.
7. To do English communication by letters/ emails/ phone with customers/ publishers in India/ outside India,.


Desired Candidate Profile:

- Any graduate having min. 3 years of experience in customer support.
- Good working knowledge of MS office, internet, e-mailing and outlook express.
- Good typing speed.
- Excellent written & oral English communication skills.
- Ability to handle the Team.

Candidates having prior experience of working with subscription companies/ publication houses will be preferred.
