Job Description:
The candidate would be responsible for accounting and back office operations for vc/pe/realty/hedge funds etc. The candidate in specific would be required to carry out following activities:
To assist the team for client meetings from time to time.
To carry out complete Accounting activities for the clients in Tally including proper Book keeping
To prepare the Statement of Accounts/ Unit Statement and Unit Register for the Fund
To prepare the financial statements (MIS) and all such necessary reports as may be required by the Clients
To Ensure proper compliance of TDS deductions, TDS payments, quarterly e-TDS returns
To assist in preparation of Annual accounts, including notes to accounts, Liaison with Statutory Auditors and providing necessary data and clarification
To assist in Statutory Filings and providing of accounting data for any of the regulatory reporting
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should have a command over English
Hands on computer (specially Tally, MS Office)
