Job Description:
The engineer will be responsible for overall quality of the the products that is locks and door handles, he has to test the functional (life cycle, workmanship etc) as well as aesthetics that is finish, colour, etc. he has to take corrective actions on defective parts and make sure the final product is meeting the required quality standard. He even has to carry random checks on the assembly line to make sure all the products manufactured are as per requirement.

Desired Candidate Profile:
B.E Mech - The candidate should have good knowledge of all testing equipments, quality standards and should be able to check plating and aesthetic (visual) defects. He should know Auto cad and should have sound ISO knowledge. He should also have sound engineering knowledge so that he can give fruitful suggestions for improvements, can be from anywhere in India be should know English and hindi.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices like 3m, 5s, kaizens etc. would work as an added benefit.

It is a process based industry where the final product needs to under go a process chain of development to casting, forging, press shop,machine shop, polishing, buffing, electroplating and assembly .Material used are Brass, M.S, S.S and Zinc.
