Genesys GAD customization Genesys Installation/Configuration for Framework Genesys Outbound suite /Outbound campaigns Genesys Troubleshooting Genesys logs on UNIX and Windows platform for apps like URS, T-servers & Strategies Genesys Call Center Reporting, Call Center Analyzer/Call concentrator Genesys IVR setup and config, Exp with other IVRs, VTO Manager Experience in implementation / maintenance of Contact Center on Genesys. Software: Voice XML, SIP, VOIP (Any one) OS knowledge e.g. WIN, UNIX, Solaris etc RDBMS: MSSQL, Oracle (Any one) Dialers: Concerto, Avaya Mosaix (Any one) Candidate must be willing to work independently as well as a team player.
