Job Description:

Handle all matters related to Finance & Accounts in the factory
Disbursement of salary, payment to vendors
Depositing monthly PF/ESI/TDS in time
Filing of monthly/quarterly returns of sales tax, excise
Assessment of Excise/Sales Tax
Finalization of Balance Sheet
Maintenance of cost records as per the requirement of Companies Act
Cost accounting like process costing , manufacturing efficiency, variance analysis etc.
Preparation of Budget in consultation with various departments
Monitoring & Analysis of Budget Vs Actual expenses
Liaison with government agencies & compliance with statutory requirements

MIS

Know-how & skills required:
Sound exposure to finance & Accounts procedures related to factories
Knowledge of income tax, sales tax, excise, FBT, service tax etc.
Knowledge / Working experience on SAP
Strong leader & good manager
Team Work
