Responsibilities : - Monitoring the entire activities of Local Purchase & Maintain the record

- Regular follow up with suppliers, dealers to ensure timely execution of works.

Responsibilities: - Monitoring the entire activities of Store, which includes Spare Parts &
General Items indenting, Procurement with maximum utilization and
minimum inventory control. Communication with dealers and
maintaining of Store records as per requirement of Company.
- Storekeeping: - Control of materials Receiving & Issue, including Spare Parts &
General Items.
- Follow up of materials starting from request order upto delivery of the parts. And
paper
work related to Transportation and other miscellaneous.
- Invoices checking as per work done or material description.
- To fulfill the requirements of other department of M/s ITD PCL as needed.
- Cross checking of Bills produced by suppliers with the work done by them.
- Maintaining record of Spare parts & General Parts.
- Maintaining Purchase Order Status and invoices.
