Job Description:
As a Phlebotomist your responsibilities includes: -
- Deals with the client in nice manner and tries to build a good rapport with the client during first interaction.
- Retrieves the blood of the clients in nice manner taking care of hygiene and other advocated methods without taking too much time.
- Satisfies the needs of the clients in terms of information required by them.
- Makes the receipts in proper manner with correct information.
- Takes care that different things required while Blood Collection like gloves, needles, preservatives, needle cutter etc are available.
- Coordinates with the clinic team for blood collection of new clients and for repeat tests (both within the clinic and home collection).

- Coordinates with the sample collection boy for timely collection of samples.
- Scrutinizes the reports before handing over.
- Maintains the data properly in different registers.
- Coordinates and cooperates with the team for organization of camps.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate should have CMLT / DMLT / B.Sc. (MLT) with .5 - 3 Years of work experience.
