Being a part of the Global Service Desk, you will be a central resource for end-user support. The position requires being customer oriented, having effective communciation skills, good at time management and a problem solving approach.
Interest and ability to work in a global support team with colleagues from many nationalities is vital.
Duties & responsibilities:
Provide 1st line phone and e-mail support in Asia pacific time zone for all DNV users worldwide.
Restore normal service agreed at 1st line as quickly as possible. Liaise with specialized support groups to achieve solutions.
Promote a positive customer experience with IT support.
Participation in projects as per request.
Maintain a high team spirit and have a proactive attitude
Desired Candidate Profile:
Have a high proficiency in English.
Familiar with technologies such as MS Office, Windows XP, Antivirus, Active Directory, VPN, Printer, LAN etc.
