Job Description:

The Operations Manager is responsible to maintain the local infrastructure up and running, guarantee Arkadin’s services performance and manage all technical and Carriers relationship Aspects of a country.

Major Responsibilities would be:

Installation and Maintenance of Service Infrastructure (Bridges, Servers, Telecom links,…)
Installation and Maintenance of Various software/updates on various platforms
Maintenance and supervision of Office IT infrastructure (PC,printers, etc) and Following the Operation costs.
Relationship with carriers & providers and managing Technician Staff.
Negotiating, placing orders, opening tickets and troubleshoot telecommunication infrastructure (Phone lines, data leased-line, internet connections).
Understanding and explaining the technical aspects of our services both internally (Sales, customer service) and externally (Customers).

The Operations Manager needs to have working relationship with

Customer Service Manager to solve their technical challenges.
Sales Representative to help them with their technical questions and/or assist them when meeting customers.
Management to provide reporting and feedback on activity levels, Service Performance and Budget preparation and tracking.
Local Telecom Providers to purchase Telecom services and ensure operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

One should have excellent knowledge of the Windows environment, should have “hands-on experience (Windows OS, Exchange, Sharepoint, SQL databases, queries).
He/She should have knowledge and experience in telecommunications: Data and Voice (core services, routing, IT security, Firewalls).
He/She should have excellent English communication skills and ability to communicate with partners in other countries.
Knowledge of Avaya Telecom Platform would be a big advantage.

The main aim of the project is to provide security to bank lockers. Due to lack of security in using key system. We replace it with RFID and ZIGBEE system.
Working : An RFID card is given to the customer .when he swipe card at RFID reader then it asks an PIN .After entering the PIN the lock opens if the Pin is correct
If the PIN is wrong the message is sent to bank manager using Zigbee and an alert alarm rings.
