1. Fault Management: Monitoring of system alarms via NMS (Network Management System)/GUI (Graphical User Interface) and escalation as per escalation matrix

2. System Performance: Perform regular health check of the live IN platform & making reports

3. MIS (Logging & Reports preparation): Logging of each & every outrage in the log report, shift handover report, Trouble ticket handling & follow up, daily Outage report etc.

4. Basic understanding of communication (E1, sampling theorem, modulation etc…) shall be clear including basic about mobile communication (GSM)

5. Shall be well versed on Windows OS and in MS-office, in order to prepare all reports.

- Royal Carbon Black with second renewable technology has come up with a concept of setting new standard in renewable energy that includes using of waste tyres as a raw material and producing green fuel oil, carbon black, steel, gas and crumb rubber modifier.
- Carbon Black is the main product recycled by Pyrolysis technology. The amount of recycled carbon black is 35%-42% (depending on the type of tyre) of the total amount of scrap tires recycled in the system. Carbon black is used as raw material or main ingredient in many industries and the chemical structure of carbon black strengthens, lengthens the endurance, and improves the coloring features of the materials.
- The main oil product produced by our recycling application is the fuel oil that is wide used for industrial and commercial purposes. The oil has 40%-45% of the amount of recycled scrap tyres, which will be carried with licensed tanker trucks.
- The average passenger tyre contains approximately 1 kilo of high carbon steel in the form of chopped bead and tread wire. Royal Carbon Black's steel is extracted magnetically, and sold as scrap. Scrap values for reclaimed steel follow steel prices.
- Non-Condensable gases arise during the recycling application which has a higher calorific value compared to natural gas Can replace natural gas and propane when stored Can be used as energy resource in gas burners, also used in Pyrolysis system The amount of gas generated in the system is 12 to 15% of the total amount of recycled tires and considering the 10 ton scrap tire/day recycling capacity.
- Crumb Rubber Modifier – With a state – of – art imported plant which produces 10 TPD rubber crumb, the company proposes to sell various rubber crumb meshes from 20 to 80. The company has established unique lab and R&D facility to produce the best quality of rubber crumb as per International standards
