Job Description:

Heads the entire plant and machinery team from head office and ensure that the right construction equipment are provided and distributed to all the sites on time and within the budgeted costs

Desired Candidate Profile:

Ensure Purchasing of Capital Equipment, Machines and Assembly Lines during the construction phase

Ensure managing of the purchase and vendor development and vendor management function thereafter

Coordinate with plant & machinery in charge (at site) and prepare requests for proposals, bids and quotations for a variety of purchases in accordance with formal bidding

Ensure Analyzing bids or quotations received, write contracts for services or supplies

Ensure Vendor Development, conduct inquiries, interview suppliers and analyze prices and market trends to establish and maintain the best sources of supply

Ensure handling of complaints from suppliers and departmental representatives

Confer with departmental representatives regarding purchasing needs, policies, procedures, and concerns

Ensure resolving complaints from suppliers and departmental representatives

To recommend procedures for the evaluation of the quality of supplies and equipment
