Job Description:

Responsibility for the Finance and Controlling Department as well as the Human Resources and the information technology
Responsibility for the month end close process including review of related journal entries, maintaining fixed assets, payroll and other expenses
Realization of the internal reporting considering the relevant rules of ZF as well as ZF Boge Elastmetall
Preparation of the timely monthly, quarterly, annual financial statement with compliance of the ZF requirements as well as local laws
Participating in the elaboration of concepts for optimization of the tax situation of the company. Cooperating in the preparation of the tax balance sheet as well as the fiscal data and tax returns. Coordination of all events with the tax auditors
Ensuring and carrying out the operative insurance business, such as policy management and handling of claims
Participating in projects for the company
Managing, motivating and developing the direct employees


Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in business administration or business management or comparable qualification/studies
Professional experience in financial business management, accounting and balancing of accounts in an industrial environment (IFRS and GAAP)
Intercultural competence, international professional experience would be appreciated
Excellent communication skills, assertiveness
Business-fluent language skills in English and Hindi. German language skills would be appreciated
Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/CO and MS-Office
