    Job Description:

    Main responsibility will be -

    -Meeting/exceeding Sales Targets-every month, quarter and annually. Improving Market share of Company’s products.

    -Exercising tight control over Receivables and Stocks and

    operate within norms.

    -Leading the Sales / Service team through personal example. Identifying training / development needs and initiating appropriate actions.

    -Identifying gaps in Distribution , if any, and taking steps

    for strengthening distribution.

    - Executing Institutional sales plans through personal

    involvement.

    -Contributing to the development of Long Term and Annual Marketing and Sales Plans and Budgets.



    Desired Candidate Profile:

    The incumbent should be graduate in mechanical or electrical engineering. He should have at least 5~10 years experience in managing Region or a Branch selling industrial hardware products in an organization having an annual turnover of more than Rs.100 Crores. Preferred age group 30~35 years. The position involves working with a team of key sales and service engineers and travelling throughout the assigned territory.

    Incumbent should be fluent in communication skills and have good command over English & Hindi to present various products/projects to clients.
