Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for handling the operations of Outbound Tours. Making sure booking in the hotel is confirmed. Coordinating with suppliers abroad / India for rates and confirmation of bookings. The candidate will also be responsible for visas and ticketing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The candidate should have the experience of handling outbound operations. Should have good relationships within the industry (hotels / airlines / embassies etc.) and suppliers abroad. The incumbent should have good understanding of the complete cycle of the process, visas, ticketing and also should be able to coordinate with the accounts department for payments / remittances. Should be aware of systems like GTA, Tourico, Travco, DOTW. Exposure in retail travel agencies.
