- Business volume – 57-60 Tones per Month.

- Coverage Width of 1820 Outlets
- No. of Beats 42 Beats
- To achieve SKU wise Primary Targets
- To achieve SKU wise Secondary Targets
- Regular Market-Visits(Front-line Sales)
- Identification Of Market Opportunities and Outlet Identification accordingly
- Customers Before All (Pravin Definition O/L’s)

- Management of 1 ISR’s(Interim Sales Representatives) and 06 DS(Distributor Salesmen)
- To Motivate the ISR’s and DS to achieve the given Secondary Targets and Ensure the Availability and Visibility of the products, Presence and visibility of P.O.P Material at each Identified O/L
- To Motivate Promoters to generate maximum business from Spot sales
- To Carry Out Sales Promotional Activities in the territory
- Trade Promotion-Inventory building, Planning and Implementation of trade schemes, Retailer Factory Visits and Retailer Meets to generate and Build up relations for Joint Promotions.
- Consumer Level Promotion-
1. Generate Trials through Spot Sales(In shops),

- Directly Promoted from I.S.R. (Interim Sales Representative) to T.S.S.(Territory Sales Supervisor) on Company Payroll. (ISR-SR-TSS)
- Channel Management of Two Distributors for All Products Category and Whole Pune city (All Distributors in Pune city) For Ready-To-Cook Products in absence of One T.S.S. consistently for six Months.
