    Role & Responsibilities
    -He should be very aggressive in Sales & Business Development especially in IT Contract Staffing.
    -Strong experience and excellent Sales track record with good clients in Malaysia region market.
    -Confident in getting/working with only Fortune 500 companies.
    -Must be a Passionate & Committed person to reach the monthly targets.
    -Experience in any Solutions Sales will be an added advantage.
    -Excellent knowledge on IT Software Industry, Verticals, Technologies & Recruitment Cycle.
    -Must be able to work on target deadlines for Deliverables.
    -Must be able to Prepare Service Agreements and Delivery as per Service Level Agreements.

    Qualification:
    -Must be a Technical Graduate with MBA from reputed university.

    Experience:
    -Experience at least 6-9 years in Software Sales Industry is must.
