    Job Description:
    • Will devise Sales strategy with Marketing support to meet the volume objective for Mustard , Soya and Vanaspati .
    • Review the Market scenario and plan key initiatives for his zone each month .
    • Monitor, assess the current coverage and manpower plan and optimise the same in his zone with a view to maximize quantity .
    • Develop the channel of Distribution and Monitor C&FAs and Distributor working in his zone .
    • Monitor edible oil pricing and recommend pricing every week for edible oil for his territory.
    • Monitor quality and packaging at the C&FAs, Distributor and Retail level
    • Establish and implement field controls.
    • Conducting monthly meeting with Sales Officers and Sales Representatives .

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • 6 years experience in hard core selling function in the territory for which he is being considered .
    • Excellent Communication Skills .
