- Check of Daily activities on site as per Planning.
- Identification & Inspection of materials and verification of IBR stamping and check for damage/shortage.
- Check presence of Alloying element in pressure part which could be correlated with Test certificates, Technical specification, contract document and as per Drawing.
- Motivate the work force to achieve the milestone targets.
- Cleaning of Pipes & Tubes using compressed air before fit-up & welding(Ball test/sponge test).
- Check critical dimension, flatness and Bow in the component before Fit-up.
- Interaction and Co-ordinating with Third Party Inspectors & client.
- Shifting the material as per site requirement by PMI.
- Check Fit-up, Ovality & mismatch between tubes/pipes.
- Establishing and Maintaining of Field welding Schedule.
- Visually inspection of T-91 & P-91 materials and purging arrangement.
- Inspection of materials and welding consumables as per specification.
- Preparation and Attending of Punch list points for Hydro-Testing of Boilers, HP & LP Piping and maintaining Testing documents.
- Proper documentation, Data control and maintaining all documents for External Auditing.
- Made possible the close monitoring of the job for minimal rejection rate and rework.
