Project: 24” X 205 kms, API5LX65, 600# Rating with 8 Sectionalised Valves’s. (PMC Contract)
Project Details:
- The sweet processed gas received from various suppliers such as Carirn Gas, Shell Hazira, Petronet etc is intended to be transported by 24 inch dia buried cross country pipeline between Daod & Jafrabad (Gujrat) with river, Road and Canal crossings with one intermediate pig station.
- GSPL planning to develop a state grid for the supply of natural gas to various potential customers in Gujrat sate. GSPL has already completed 1348 Kms of spur lines(pipelines) and planning to complete 690 kms of spur lines under EPC contract.

Single point responsibility for the project from Engineering, to construction / commissioning and handover.

Responsible for the Basic Engineering (Includes the activities such as route survey report, preparation of pipeline design criteria, alignment & crossing drawings, preliminary wall thickness calculation, specification for line pipe, preparation of pipeline job standards, quality assurance plan for vendor, preliminary MTO preparation)

Procurement of Long lead items, Tender and SOW for the EPC contract, Technical evaluation of EPC contracts, Review of Detail Engineering (By the EPC contractor), Procurement, Bid evaluation(Technical), vendor selection, Site Construction Management, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start up and Handover with all necessary documentation and test packs and Project close out report highlighting learning points.
