Job Description:

We are looking for patent agents, who have done patent filings in the past and who are lawyers as well.
Preferably a Registered Patent Agent.
Mandatory IP work experience of 5-7+ yrs
Work experience in Patents filing, patent prosecution, legal issues in patenting, WIPO/PTO regime:
Mandatory- generating Invention Disclosure Documents/Forms, patent drafting, understanding of jurisdiction specific drafting nuances, filling for Indian and PTO Filing forms
Optional- patent searching, patent prosecution
Optional- patent landscape analysis, patent invalidation, infringement analysis, claim mapping.

Desired Candidate Profile:

LLB Graduate preferably with LLM (majors in IPR) or certification course in IPR. BE/B.Tech preferably from Comp Sc., IT, Life Sciences or Electronics
Preferably a Registered Patent Agent
