MARKETING EXECUTIVE / 1st LINE MANAGER PROFILE

-Responsible for assigned territory to regularly meet doctors and stockists and achieve revenue budgets in line with team/organizational objectives.
-Conduct customer/market development activities in discussion with the line managers and as directed by HO.
-Implement marketing initiatives by the company from time to time; thereby achieving the sales objective and product volume budgets.
-Manages and constantly update a customer base of consultant doctors, Institutions & Hospitals and continues to review the list to optimize the business.
-Meets the company specifications in call average and coverage of doctors in the assigned territory.

PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE/MANAGER PROFILE:

-Planning and execution of manufacturing and packing operations as per the time lines specified.
-Ensure compliance to the systems and written procedures.
-Planning and maintaining inventory of raw materials and packing materials based on the plan.
-Keeping the production area up to standards and in validated state.
-Ensuring online documentation and complying to the internal audit observations.
-Preparation of MIS and onward submission to the Director--Production.
-Ensure work discipline in the department & People Management

Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years for MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE positions and 4-5 yrs for 1st LINE positions in pharmaceutical selling with sound knowledge of territory and sales track record.

Experience:
05+ years in production in a reputed formulation unit.

Skills:

Appropriately qualified technical manager with senior level experience in managing a pharmaceutical formulation unit.
Adept at managing the operation and maintenance of a wide range of pharmaceutical machineries and equipments in production department.
Hands-on experience in managing international regulatory inspections and quality assurance systems.
Knowledge of WHO cGMP Guidelines
