Job Description Role & responsibilities:
Implementation / Provision of 2nd / 3rd Level Application support to the Clients, working in co-operation with other members of the team off shore / on client site as the case may be

Desired Profile Job specifications:
Implementation of SAP New Dimension package SAP xMII (SAP xApp Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence) / or be part of the SAP R/3 Application support team providing 2nd / 3rd Level Application support to the Clients either as a senior member or as the lead. Handle Incident, Change & Problem management tickets as per established service level agreements with the Clients. Communicating effectively with the Client through various channels for ensuring speedy & timely resolution of issues.
The work may involve onsite/offshore transition and subsequent support from offshore.

Hi Fellas
Two Months back i was aspiring to do a SAP Certification Course in Finance.
When i approached ATOS India and Enquired about the fees structure they said the registration fees is 30000 INR which i paid as a Demand Draft In the name of ATOS India.
When i enquired about the same course in other SAP Partner in Mumbai the actual fees is 27500 INR and this is fixed by SAP India for all business partner across India.
Coming to my knowledge about the same i cancelled my admission from the institute and did my certification from another SAP Business Partner.
During last two months i was constantly chasing for the Refund of 2500 INR which they assure will surely pay back to me once approved my Higher Management.(for which i have email as proof).
Apparently after continuous trails of mails and call for refund of money when i went to speak to them in person on 24/04/2012 they refused to give the money and asked me to do what ever i can.
I have all the Supporting proof of there wrong doing and need to address this to consumer forum so aspirant like me should not fall prey to such fraudulent group of people.
