Job Description:

Reporting to the Factory Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the confectionery machines (which include PLC controlled Depositors, FFS machines, both flat and ball lollipop production lines and wrapping machines, tablet compressing machine, 3 tons boiler, etc), annual plant maintenance, prompt breakdown service to minimise plant/machinery downtime, liaising with other sections to ensure smooth shift operations and train local work force.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The incumbent should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI with around 4 to 10 years hand on experience in confectionery unit with thorough knowledge machines mentioned in job description. Experience in maintenance of high speed wrapping machines is essential. We are looking at candidates only from India.

- I performed the analysis using the software ANSYS for this project and found the natural frequencies for failure of the crankshaft.This frequency is very much inevitable in the design of crankshafts.
