    Job Description:

    Total project in-charge from concept, planning, procurement, execution, billing, liaison with Client and PMC for taking up construction of Independent Villas, STP, UG Sump, Swimming Pool, Community Hall, Residential Apartments and other infra works in the Heart of Warangal City.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    Should be B.Tech or M.Tech in Civil Engineering with excellent body language and command on subject. Parallel abilities to deal with the Client and also with the staff and labour. Well experienced in construction of Villas and Gated communities. Should be stationed at Warangal and follow bills even in Hyderabad. Should be able to procure men and machinery as and when required and to make effective use of them.
